Ordering Process
Odonate Alexander reserves the right—at its sole discretion—to accept or reject the order once the order form has been completed and submitted. Receipt of your order will be confirmed with an Email.
Availability
The purchase of products on the website is subject to availability. In the event that Odonate Alexander advises you that such products are no longer available, Odonate Alexander has no obligation to complete your order, nor will you have an obligation to pay.
Method of Payment
The fee of the total amount is quoted in U.S. currency. In order to process your order, your billing address should match the billing address for your card. You may pay using a valid VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card. You may also pay using PayPal or Venmo. You can call 512-808-0407 to place orders by phone or for more information about Venmo purchases. If for any reason your card is rejected by the card issuer, your order will not be shipped and Odonate Alexander will have no obligation to fulfill your order.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped to the delivery address specified by you during the order process. The order will ship between two to three business days after purchase via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS.
Returns and Exchanges
Merchandise may be exchanged or returned to Odonate Alexander within 14 days of the original date of purchase accompanied by an original sales receipt. Items must be in perfect sellable condition and contain all original packaging. Buyer may opt for a full refund minus shipping costs or a store credit.
